Return and Refund Policy for Orange G Shop T-Shirts

At Orange G Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our t-shirts. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.

  • The original tags must still be attached.

  • The return must be requested within [7] days of the delivery date (e.g., 14, 30 days).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts (unless defective).

  • Items purchased during a final sale or marked as "non-refundable."

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RAN on the package.

  4. Ship the return to the address provided. Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5-10] business days (e.g., 5–10 days).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges
